Creating your Own Bodybuilding Workout Routine
Did you know that lifting weights every day isn’t the best way to develop a bodybuilding workout routine (German: Muskelaufbau Trainingsplan)? As a matter of fact, lifting weights every day can be dangerous. Your body usually requires at least one to two days of rest to recover from the previous workout before you lift weights again. This doesn’t mean not exercising; it means not lifting weights. Stay fit on days in between weightlifting sessions by running or riding a bicycle. Be sure that you stretch thoroughly before running and weightlifting; staying flexible and keeping your muscles limber is a very important part of avoiding injury to your muscles and joints!
