Repairs Under Warranty
My daughter got an iPod from Santa Claus this Christmas. She has been asking for one since they came out, but we refused to buy one as she wasn’t responsible enough. This year we decided she was ready so we bought one. Now we are upset. She has had it for three weeks and the screen keeps flickering. She didn’t tell us as first because she thought we would blame her. It’s not her fault; it appears we got a defective unit. I called an iPod repair center and they said to send it in. Most likely, according to them, it got damaged while at the retail store we purchased it from. My daughter was happy to hear that.
