Fall Arrest Blocks Give Me Extra Confidence
Using fall arrest blocks to secure me on my roofing job, I feel confident and secure in my job. You can never be too careful; although some people may think they are safe at height and don’t need any safety equipment, it just takes one slip, one gust of wind, one momentry lapse of concentration – to cause a serious fall. No human is perfect, so you just can’t expect anyone working at height NOT to make such mistakes. I always remind my workers of this if they complain about having to harness up. Surprisingly, many of my workers have gone on to thank me for drilling the “safety first” mantra into their heads!
