Many dietitians and weight loss gurus will incorrectly advise you?

Many dietitians and weight loss gurus will incorrectly advise you to drink diet soda as an alternative to regular soda when you are trying to lose weight. While they may mean well, they are actually giving you bad advice. Why? Because diet soda, despite containing zero calories, actually contains other ingredients that have harmful side effects such as dehydration and also bloating (due to the sodium content) and can also cause cancer (due to the aspartame content).
