Bad Cramp

A cramp is a involentary muscle contraction that wont relax. This can happen to any muscle on your body at any given time. Muscles that span 2 different joints are the most common to get a cramp.  Cramps in the feet, thighs, arms, and abdomin, are the most commonly cramped muscles. A cramp can last for a few seconds to 15 minutes or even longer. If you follow tips to relieve back pain you can avoid getting bad cramps.  THey happen when you dont warm up properly and you jump into a workout cold. They are very painful and temporary.
