Keep Your Body Working

I was trying to lose fat scooby gain muscle before I went to my high school reunion where my first love was going to be. I gave myself six months to meet my goal weight and preferred look. I have always been a gym rat but my eating was not on track, high fats, enriched carbs and not enough sufficient protein. I learned to eat in a way that would keep my body burning all day even during rest times. Eat fewer calories than your body burns and you will see results.
