Is a Sunburn Considered a First Degree Burn?
I had a bunch of tests done at the doctor recently. The results came back that I was low on vitamin D3. I have listened to a seminar from a German lady about how the body needs vitamin D and that most doctors do not recommend enough of a dose to do any good. So I took it upon myself to start a sun bathing regimen. I had built up a very good tan over time and was very careful. What is a first degree burn? I ended up spending too much time out in the sun and I am quite red now. I am wondering if it is considered a first degree burn.
