if you are looking for some really good belly fat exercises then you do not need to look any further then a bike. this kind of cardio exercise will help you burn fat off of your belly in not time. it is one of the best cardio workouts that are out there. i love to ride ym bike and i wish i would get off my butt and ride my bike more often. it is fun to take a good long bike ride on the roads around your house if you can. i like getting really far from home sometimes.
