To view this action solely as the result of over-extension of union demands is an over-simplification. I have an electric bike advice and it allows me to get exercise yet eliminates the need for a car all summer since i can haul groceries etc around over the hills where i would normally be driving.

The federal speed limit for electric bicycles is 20mph and you can pedal faster than that after all. Why hasn’t there been a similar crackdown on all bicycles?
