In the Smokies, how you get from one point to another is often more important than where you are going or how long it demands to get there. No matter where you are in the Smokies, there’s a near trail that plunges deep into the woods. Whether you choose a well-marked trail or searching unknown territory, mountain trails give the promise of new panoramas and a prospect to follow in the footsteps of the Indians and pioneers who first blazed them.  A heritage journey in the Smokies leads you off the exhausted path. The brew crew got together last night to work on our next home brewing seminar. Geoff is taking the lead this time, and he suggested that maybe we should consider doing a series of audio shows made during the event. Everyone agreed that it’s an excellent idea, and could help people who attend recall the information later, and could also help create some interest in the group with people who can’t attend.

We’re not sure yet how we’ll format the series. We may just record everything that happens and release each session on it’s own, or we might edit them down a bit.
