FUNNY LICENSE PLATES: WHAT AND WHY?
A old bike goes past you and you hardly notice it. That is until you read its license plate showing a cartoon or a funny message along with the number. Well, this is a trend that has been around for a long time and is only restricted by the creativity of the owner and the government laws about proper license plates. So the question is why do people do such things. There are various reasons. 1) The simple urge to do something different. 2) The human desire that we all have to stand out from the crowd. 3) The joy in hearing other peoples good or bad comments about your license plate. 4) It gives your otherwise average vehicle a little charm. There is however one disadvantage of it and that is: If you break a traffic rule and the cop or other people see it, they would definitely remember your bike’s license plate even if they don’t remember the actual number of your vehicle. So, my opinion is, “indulge at your own risk!”.
